Guests must accept the terms and conditions upon booking. Prices valid for reservations made on our website or through the Call Center. Check-in 15:00 hrs, check-out 11:00 hrs. Groups and weddings have different prices and conditions.

Reservation Payment: One night's stay is due at the time of booking; the remainder will be due upon arrival at the hotel. The cardholder must be present with government-issued identification at check-in, along with the same card used to make the deposit. Incidental charges may be paid by card or cash.

Cancellation Policy: Changes are permitted up to 10 days prior to arrival, subject to availability and additional costs. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will incur a one-night penalty. No-shows and early departures are charged in full.

- Selected experience (3):  Available for all-inclusive reservations only. Subject to a minimum length of stay of 3 nights. Schedule your selected experience upon arrival with your butler. Guests will be able to access this benefit once again starting on the 6th night.

Obvious errors in prices

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation whose price is affected by a technical or human error that is clearly identifiable as an unrealistic or manifestly disproportionate price. In these cases, the guest will be duly informed and, if possible, offered an alternative price corresponding to the correct rate.
